Margaret LeMay

Founder / President

Margaret is a liaison between artwork and space. Margaret established Integrated Art Group in 2008 after thirteen years as Art Director for an Architectural Design/Build firm. Her B.F.A. from the UW Madison in traditional printmaking techniques, passion for high-quality artwork and her knowledge and access to world-class artists set her apart. Margaret stands behind every project her firm takes on, and she always will.

Jason Levy

General Manager

Jason has a strong background in the arts, both from growing up in a creative family, also from his time as an undergraduate at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago.  He is a founding member of the American Feral Gallery and acts as a curatorial director for that passion project.  Additionally, Jason maintains an active studio practice as a painter working daily, primarily in Oils and contemporary abstraction.  Advocacy for both client and artist is what keeps Jason inspired to continue to work on art collections and as a curator.

Andy Villanueva

Project Coordinator

Andy has always been interested in creative processes. Andy earned his B.S.A in Printmaking from UW-Madison. He also did an apprenticeship under an established printmaker in St. Louis, Missouri for two years. In April 2022, he joined the Integrated Art Team and truly enjoys the opportunity to beautify spaces with artwork from the communities they serve. He also loves being able to work with local artists and helping to connect their work with a wider audience.

Over the course of his professional career, Andy has developed administrative skills and gained experience in framing and installation. Andy has always been a problem solver and uses his organizational skills to find innovative solutions on projects. If one can’t be found, Andy works to creates a solution that will successfully achieve the project goal. His strong desire to see things through, combined with his detail-oriented approach, means that every task is completed with precision and no project is ever left unfinished.

Derek Hibbs

Project Coordinator

Derek has been involved in the arts since high school. Derek received his MFA from UW, then started his professional career teaching at a university for the two years that followed. In August 2022, he joined Integrated Art Group. He loves the Arts and everything about them– from the creative process to enhancing spaces with curated art.

Derek is reliable and passionate about his work. He’s a workflow machine that helps keep things well organized in the office. His attention to detail and adaptability are some of his best qualities. Derek helps keep track of every step on each project and monitors project timelines to makes sure all deadlines are met.

In his free time, he enjoys making his own artwork, canoeing/kayaking, and going out with friends. Derek loves warm weather and volunteers at Tandem Press when they need help. He’s active in the arts community with his home studio setup and does freelance printing for other artists.

Magnus Gruendemann

Administrative Assistant

Magnus is an organizational mastermind with a knack for streamlining processes. He creates customized packets that include the details for each project to help the project team move cohesively. Magnus also assists with general office duties and making sure that everyone has what they need to do their jobs effectively. He is an integral part of the team and helps to keep the office running smoothly with his behind the scenes efforts.

Magnus is a creative spirit with an artistic soul who hopes to one day become a creator himself. After completing his education at UW Madison, he started his arts career in August of 2022. In his free time, he loves hiking and playing guitar. Magnus is also passionate about writing and exercise. He finds great satisfaction in being able to work with art and enjoys interacting with creative people involved in the industry.
